A member is not showing up as home

If a registered member of your Aura household is not showing up as Home:

  1. Ask that member to log out of Aura (Settings > Log Out of Aura) and then sign in again
  2. Make sure Location Services has been turned on
  3. If that does not work, delete that member from Aura (Members > select member > Delete) and Add as a member again.
