Aura is no longer connected to Wi-Fi

If the Aura app is displaying the status "Disconnected":

  1. Check to see if your Wi-Fi router is offline. If your router is offline, Aura will reconnect to your Wi-Fi network once your Wi-Fi is back online.
  2. If your Wi-Fi router is working and you have not changed the network name, please contact support.

I’ve made a change to my Wi-Fi network

If you need to change the Wi-Fi network associated with your Aura, (due to a change in network name, password, moving locations, etc.) you'll need to remove Aura from your account.

Once you've removed Aura from your account, open the Aura app on your mobile phone and follow the setup instructions.
