Auto Away isn’t working

  1. Ensure Auto Away is switched on

  1. Confirm that the address entered for the location of the Hub is accurate. To do so:
  2. Select the Gear icon from the navigation bar in the app to go to Settings
  3. Select System > Location
  4. Enter your address under “Name and Address”

  5. If you are still having issues, please ensure that you have enabled Location Service for the Aura app
