The Status Bar says "Hub is not ready"

If your Aura app status bar says “Hub not ready” your Hub and Sensor might have a weak link or your Sensor may not be paired.

  1. Log into https://dashboard.aurahome.com using your Aura username and password

  2. Go to Settings and select Sensors

  3. If no Sensor is listed, follow the instructions to pair your Sensor

  4. If your Sensor is connected and shows a 0-25% link strength, move your Hub and Sensor closer together

  1. When you move your Hub or Sensor, the link strength will update in almost realtime. Once you have finished repositioned Aura ensure the link strength stays the same for 5 minutes
