If your Aura app status bar says “Hub not ready” your Hub and Sensor might have a weak link or your Sensor may not be paired.
Log into https://dashboard.aurahome.com using your Aura username and password
Go to Settings and select Sensors
If no Sensor is listed, follow the instructions to pair your Sensor
If your Sensor is connected and shows a 0-25% link strength, move your Hub and Sensor closer together
* You can't purchase more than 3 additional beacons for each starter kit.
