Motion is not being detected in one area of my home

  • Check the link strength of the Beacon in that area
  • A Beacon may be unpaired. Look in Settings > System > Devices. If it is not listed try pairing the Beacon
  • Try experimenting with placement in your home as some construction materials affect coverage
  • Review your Sensitivity settings
  • If motion detection issues continue please contact support
